It is reported that Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera has mentioned this in a news conference held today (01).
With the shortage of fuel, the authorities tried to use this strategy to facilitate distribution.
The related method was used in the past while issuing fuel and people were constantly accusing in this regard.
